Anton Ponce de Leon

Anton Ponce de Leon Paiva, metaphysicist and psychophysic therapist, was born in the Urubamba province of Cusco in Peru, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, on 14th September 1931. He studied in Cusco and in Argentina, completing his studies at the Agronomy Istitute of the University of La Plata and then at the Monastic University of Moravia. He received the teaching from the Andean Masters, heirs of the Murian Solar Knowledge, who live in the Peruvian Andes. He was Director Generale of Panamerican Television in Cusco for 16 years, being, at the same time, Regent of the Municipality of Cusco.

We come into the world to be happy, and the only way to be happy is, to practice solidarity, disinterested service and spiritual research. Every human being is born with a mission, be it small or large.

ponce-videoIn 1984 he renounced his comfortable life and positions to completely dedicate himself, with his wife Regia Astete Victoria, to philanthropic work with the community of Samana Wasi (The House of Repose), making this place a real family for children and elderly who have been abandoned and deprived of moral and material assistance. Anton and Regia have five natural children, two of whom collaborate actively at Samana Wasi.

Anton is a writer, profoundly knowledgeable in the ancient Andean traditions, international speaker, metaphysicist and psychophysic therapist. These, of his books, have been translated into six languages: "Nina Soncco, Heart of Fire", "Amaru, from Knowledge to Wisdom" and "The Master at the Sacred Lake".

He is also founder of:

  • Hermandad Solar de los Intic Churincuna (Solar Brotherhood of the Intic Churincuna)
  • International Institute for Peace Through Culture
  • Cultural Institutes for Study and Research, such as the IPRI in Cusco and the IPIK.

In 1993 he was the only invited representative from the continent of South America at the World Congress for Universal Concord, held in New Delhi, India. He speaks at, and holds conferences in America, Europa and Asia on Indigenism, Spirituality and Andean Cosmovision.

He continues to write, and in the community of Samana Wasi, is personally dedicated to the recuperation of the children and elderly there, the while being the guide of the Solar Brotherhood of Intic Churincuna.
